Not owned — un-rated. The genuine local exception among Wi-Fi locks: HA's yalexs_ble integration controls it LOCALLY over Bluetooth (Local Push), no cloud — you just need a Bluetooth proxy near the door, and the one-time offline key is bootstrapped via an August/Yale account. The cloud 'august'/'yale' integration is the alternative. Its Wi-Fi radio is not the path HA uses.
