Home Assistant notes

Not owned — a hugely popular first sensor (un-rated). Compatibility confirmed via Zigbee2MQTT and Blakadder (Zigbee model lumi.weather). Works locally through ZHA or Zigbee2MQTT on a Zigbee coordinator; the retail box says an Aqara hub is required, but the community confirms it pairs to generic coordinators. Caveat: Aqara/Xiaomi Zigbee devices don't fully follow the spec and can drop off when routed through some third-party mains-powered routers — pairing directly to the coordinator is the usual fix.
